David is a member of the RICS and head of our Building Surveying Department. With 8 years professional experience in the Property Sector he joined his family firm in August 2009 where he specialises in contract administration, feasibility studies, refurbishments and renovation projects. He was appointed to work in major projects within 6 months of arrival in collaboration with top consultancy firms in Gibraltar.

David has also been recently appointed by The Government of Gibraltar to undertake contract administration services on two Governments new building projects. He also provides budget costs and technical advice to investors & property owners on construction matters, building maintenance and repairs.

Previous Employment History;
He has worked in London from 2004 - 2009 for Baily Garner LLP and is experienced in all aspects of Building Surveying including commercial and residential conversions and refurbishments, building pathology, design, maintenance and repairs.

His refurbishment schemes and construction projects in London have varied in size from £50,000 to £2.1 million where he was responsible for managing and delivering projects on time and on budget for his clients. His day to day work included; planning and building control advice, fire safety compliance, sustainable construction and green technologies to name a few.
