Jay has worked for Richardsons for the last 7 years specialising in property management for our clients’ property investments and dealing with tenant matters. She has a wealth of experience on the Gibraltar property market and in identifying common maintenance issues within buildings. Jay’s primary role is to run the tenant’s helpdesk to deal with maintenance problems and provide residents with a friendly and professional service by focusing on client satisfaction.
