Josiane is a member of the RICS and is the head of our Commercial & Valuation Departments. Josiane joined her family’s firm in 2008 where she now specialises in commercial and residential valuations for bank lending and internal purposes, along with directing property sales in the agency department for both commercial and residential sectors.

She is also actively involved in providing investment advice to private individuals and corporations looking to invest in Gibraltar. Professional work has also led her to carry out market analysis reports, rent reviews and lease renewals.

Josiane is also licensed to act as an Authorised Director for Experienced Investor Funds acting as Property Funds registered in Gibraltar.

Previous Employment History;
She has previously worked for multinational and institutional firms such as CB Richard Ellis in Madrid, Marbella and Barcelona and Knight Frank LLP at their headquarter office in Hanover Square, London, concentrating on commercial portfolio and bank lending valuations.
