Lloyd has detailed knowledge on building maintenance issues, and is experienced in dealing with 3rd party contractors, estate inspections, contractor monitoring and hands on site presence to oversee works and general estate management duties. He also manages service charge arrears and recovery of outstanding debts.

Before joining the Property Management Department, Lloyd was responsible for coordinating and managing an information database for the rectification of a portfolio of building defects and gained valuable work experience for a future in the construction industry, estate management and property maintenance.

Previous Employment History:
Lloyd has previously worked for Insulright Roof Insulation in Australia, building contractors (coordination and labourer) and worked for 888 Holdings Ltd for six years culminating in a team leader role.
