Terence is a member of the RICS, a fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Building. He established Richardsons in 1979 and has a wealth of experience dealing with all aspects of the Gibraltar real estate market. As CEO he is responsible for the day to day running of the business which covers the sale and marketing of residential and commercial properties, investment advice, letting and management and valuation work. He has been a key player during the real estate boom which started in Gibraltar in the early eighties and has experienced first hand the transformation of the local property market.
